3 year old cocker spaniel/ beagle female dog in Robinson, Illinois

Her name is Shelby and she is 3 year olds, she is not fixed and had a litter of puppies over a year ago. She is a jealous dog and wants all the attention to herself. She gets scared during storms and want to sleep in bed. We do not have papers on her. We were told she is a cocker spaniel/beagle mix. She is mostly black with alitttle white on the chest and tips of paws.
